Week 3 Day 21


Welcome to Week 3 Day 21 of our 4 Week Workout Program!

This is the twenty-first day of our training routine, and it’s a REST DAY! Take care of your body by drinking a lot of water, eating right, making sure you get enough sleep and remaining active.

The active piece doesn’t have to be anything strenuous, it can be nice and easy. A long walk, bike ride, hike, or even playing outside with your kids or with your dog would work great! Make it fun and make sure you enjoy yourself.

We have another hard week of workouts next week, so be sure to give your body some good rest in preparation for the week to come!

Week 3 Day 21


OPTIONAL (but recommended)

Go on a bike ride

Take a long walk

Go for a run

Play a sport

Go on a fun hike

Take a yoga/spinning class

Do 1-4 Tabata circuits
