Things Cavemen Ate

The list below contains all the foods we should be feeding our bodies. They contain no preservatives, no chemicals, no hormones, and no added sugars or flavors. They will be digested more easily and will give our bodies the vitamins and minerals needed to live healthy lifestyles full of energy.

These four categories (organic protein, veggies, fruits, & nuts) will be our secret weapon in the kitchen to make delicious meals.
