Things Cavemen Ate

The list below contains all the foods we should be feeding our bodies. They contain no preservatives, no chemicals, no hormones, and no added sugars or flavors. They will be digested more easily and will give our bodies the vitamins and minerals needed to live healthy lifestyles full of energy. These four categories (organic protein, veggies, fruits, & nuts) will be our secret weapon in the kitchen to make delicious meals. Your family and friends will be super satisfied and will be asking for second servings…you’ll see! Here is a vast list of some great ingredients I use in my recipes. These are all Paleo approved. Get them fresh at the grocery store of your choice and/or at your local farmer’s market. And remember to always clean your produce well before consuming!
