Description
These Asian Paleo Burgers are a family favorite. So flavorful, yummy and healthy.

- 2 lb ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Place skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil. Once oil is hot, sauté minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes. When garlic has taken a brownish color, add in shiitake mushrooms and sauté for another minute or two. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, coconut aminos, lime juice, almond flour, ground ginger and salt. Mix in ground turkey, green onions and mushroom mixture. Create palm size patties and set them on a large plate.
- Grill patties for a total of 8 minutes, 4 minutes each side. Serve by themselves or with a side salad.
