You will win any "burger fan" over with this Spicy Bison Burgers recipe.

Ingredients
1 lb of organic ground bison
1 shallot
3 garlic cloves
2 jalapeño peppers
1 egg, whisked
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of pepper
Instructions
Set broiler on high, arranging rack so that burgers are about 2" from the heat.
Finely chop garlic cloves, shallot, and jalapeño pepper, and add them to a bowl along with the bison, eggs, salt and pepper. Combine and form into 5 patties.
Place patties side by side on the baking sheet, so they form one line in the middle of the sheet. Broil for 7-9 minutes per side. Enjoy right away.
