This 5-Minute Paleo Salsa is made in a food processor in less than 5 minutes. It can be made year round and the results are consistently delicious every single time!

Serves: 2 16-ounce jars
Ingredients
  • 1 can of organic diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of organic diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • ½ purple onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (use serrano pepper if you like it spicy)
  • ½ cup of cilantro
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
  1. Open tomato cans and place tomatoes in food processor. Add in onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic and cilantro, and process until well combined.
  2. Add in lime juice, cumin, sea salt and honey (if adding it), and process until desired salsa consistency is reached.
  3. Feel free to add more salt and cumin if needed. Refrigerate for an hour or more before eating.
Notes
Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Keeps fresh in the freezer for 1 month.
