Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Puffs are the Paleo cereal you can make at home! Easy to make and super delicious, this gluten free recipe is a must try!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, coconut palm sugar, cinnamon and sea salt in a large bowl, and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg white, honey and coconut oil. Pour in bowl with dry ingredients and mix until no lumps remain. Create small sized balls (about ½ inch each - the smaller you make them, the crunchier they will be) and place them on the baking sheet, leaving a bit of room between each so they don’t stick together when they bake.
  4. Bake for 17 minutes. Let cool and store in a tight container. Enjoy them with almond/coconut milk and fruit!
