This Garlic and Herbs Grilled Chicken recipe grilled and spiced to perfection. A wonderful Paleo, gluten free and dairy free easy recipe for the family!

Ingredients
4 organic chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves
½ purple onion
1 fresno pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
¾ cups water
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except the chicken, to a food processor and process until smooth.
Place chicken in a glass bowl, pour sauce over the chicken, cover with a lid and let marinade for 2+ hours.
Grill chicken on medium-high for 8-10 minutes total, flipping the chicken breasts half way. Remove from grill, let cool a bit, slice and serve.
