How-To: Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

Serves: ½ cup
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey (get your hands on some local honey if you can!)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Whisk vinaigrette ingredients vigorously in a bowl. Use right away or store in a small tight lid container. Whisk again right before every use.

- Small whisker
