This Strawberry Vanilla Healthy Bowl is creamy from the coconut milk and is sweetened only with organic fruits. A wonderful nutritious treat.

  • 1 ½ cups frozen organic strawberries
  • 2 organic bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tbsp full fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: slivered almonds, pomegranate seeds, fresh organic mango chunks, chia seeds, local honey and chopped dates​
  1. Add in strawberries, bananas, coconut milk and vanilla extract to a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy right away.
