Tuna Guacamole

Ingredients
  • Canned tuna in olive oil (drain oil)
  • 1 ½ large avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ purple onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of walnut oil
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Rinse avocados, tomato, pepper, lemon, and cilantro
  2. Cut avocados & chop/dice ingredients that need to be chopped/diced.
  3. Place 1-½ avocados on Mortar and Pestle; top with walnut oil & lemon juice. Crush avocados.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add tuna and the rest of the ingredients to the creamy avocado paste. Mix well. Enjoy with sweet potato (or veggie) chips.

Tools you’ll need:
- Molcajete (guacamole bowl-rock)
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Garlic press
- Citrus Juicer
