Best Ever Guacamole recipe! It's authentic tasting, well balanced and perfectly spiced. A wonderful Paleo Diet table appetizer for any occasion!

Serves: 5 servings
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup pico de gallo (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 serrano pepper, minced
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • Optional: few dashes of TABASCO green jalapeño sauce
  1. Add avocados and lime to a Molcajete and mash them together until desired guacamole consistency is reached.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, and fold them together until incorporated.
  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy with vegetable chips or preferred dipper.
