This Coconut Oil Coffee Creamer has hints of vanilla, cinnamon and honey.​ Delicious and simple to make.

Serves: 1 small jar of creamer
  • ½ cup coconut oil, soft (almost melted)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. The coconut oil might get a bit clumpy, use a spatula to smooth it out so it blends with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Store creamer in a small container with a lid.
  3. To use it: blend favorite drip coffee (or espresso with milk) with 1 tbsp of the creamer for about 1 minute on a high speed blender, and serve right away.
