This Cacao Protein Shake provides easy nutrition; quick to make and easy to drink.

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop preferred unflavored protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1½ cups shaved ice
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour in your favorite glass, garnish with shredded coconut and enjoy right away.
