These Paleo Protein Brownies are equally delicious and equally good for you. A nice boost of protein and great nutrients to keep you energized and satiated.
Make the brownies: preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 8”x8” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer batter to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into baking dish, spreading it evenly, and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool completely and slice into 9 squares.
Make the chocolate topping: melt chocolate chips in a double broiler and drizzle on top of brownies.
Serve right away or store in a tight lid container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
