Ingredients
  • 1 medium plum roma tomato, diced
  • ¼ medium purple onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve. Easy!
