Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 baked medium sweet potato, skin removed
  • 1¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender, except for the ground cloves, and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Divide mixture into two glasses and garnish each with ground cloves. Enjoy.
