Serves: 25 bars
  1. Line baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon and oats. Set aside.
  4. Place eggs, ghee, almond butter, maple sugar and vanilla extract in high-speed blender and blend on high until incorporated. Pour mixture into mixing bowl with dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in apricots, raisins and shredded coconut.
  5. Pour mixture into pan; make sure you spread it evenly. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Let pan cool completely and slice!
