Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 large yellow onion, cut into 1” pieces
  • 3 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cardamom
Instructions
  1. Add chicken and vegetables in a bowl and coat with oil and spices.
  2. Stick chicken, bell peppers and onion alternately on skewers.
  3. Turn grill on high. Once hot add skewers in and cook each side for about 14 minutes, turning them once. Serve right away.
