About The Creator

Mariel Lewis

Mariel started her health and fitness journey at the young age of 18. After moving from Quito, Ecuador to the USA for college, she found a big difference in what people called “food”. Many of the foods were filled with junk and was very different from what she was used to. 

After struggling with digestive issues due to this change in food quality, she finally decided to create a solution for herself and hundreds of thousands of others on her popular wellness blog. 

She developed over four hundred healthy recipes, has written hundreds of health and fitness articles and published a cookbook sold around the world called Paleo Smoothies: 150 Paleo Smoothie Recipes for Ultimate Health.

Mariel became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018, a Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2020 and a Certified Nutritional Coach in 2022. Her fitness guidance, motivational photos, articles and recipes have helped thousands of people improve their lives. People all over the world have followed her lead and have found that lifting weights has improved their lives by shaping their body, improving their bone density, and making them happier overall.
