Description

This Coconut Oil Coffee Creamer has hints of vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Delicious and simple to make.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, soft (almost melted)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. The coconut oil might get a bit clumpy, use a spatula to smooth it out so it blends with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Store creamer in a small container with a lid.
  3. To use it: blend favorite drip coffee (or espresso with milk) with 1 tbsp of the creamer for about 1 minute on a high speed blender, and serve right away.
