Description

Most grocery stores don’t sell this flour, so knowing how to make it at home is great. It’s an amazing flour to use for Paleo baked goods. You can use cashew flour to substitute almond flour 1:1.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raw cashews

Instructions

  1. Make it in a food processor: Place a cup of raw cashews in a food processor; pulse about 50 times, 1-second at a time. Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl every 10 seconds or so to ensure they ground evenly.
  2. Make it in a high speed blender: Place a cup of raw cashews in a blender, set the speed to a low speed setting (2 or 3) and pulse about 20-25 times. 1-second at a time. Stop and scrape the sides of the blender a few times to ensure they ground evenly.
