To my açaí bowl, I added some chia seeds on top (as well as some other wonderful all natural toppings, se listed below) and I have a feeling these played an important role in giving me energy. Serves: 1 serving
Make your own Paleo Açaí Bowl at home. Customize it the way you want it, and add all the toppings you prefer. Nutrition and simplicity at their finest.
Ingredients
  • 1 Açaí Berry and Guaraná smoothie pack (I used Sambazon brand)
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen mangoes
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and organic raisins
Instructions
  1. Add smoothie pack, bananas, mangoes, blueberries and vanilla extract to a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy right away.
