Healthy Bowls is where it’s at! I LOVE these things. I am seriously obsessed…can’t you tell? I have one every single day, and I don’t think I’m going to tire of that anytime soon.

These little bowls of healthiness are so delicious and so satisfying; they definitely get the job done when it comes to fulfilling cravings for sweets…and not only that, but they also feed our bodies by giving us wonderful vitamins and minerals we need on a daily basis.

These bowls mainly call for raw ingredients, and raw ingredients allow us to benefit from all the fabulous natural nutrients these ingredients come with. Raw means that nothing is stripped out or modified. And that, my friends, is the way I like it! Eating foods at their natural state is ideal, in my personal opinion.

This Tropical Sunrise Healthy Bowl recipe I am sharing with you today is super easy to put together and fast to prepare. It calls for few ingredients, and the combination of these truly feels like tropical paradise. It’s an ideal bowl to have in the morning or as a mid-afternoon snack, as it is very fresh tasting and it gives great energy!

I know you’ll love it!
